Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags must be attached
  • Items must be free from stains, odors, or any signs of wear

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items
  • Accessories (including jewelry, hair accessories, etc.)
  • Bodysuits, swimwear, and intimate items (for hygiene reasons)

Return Process

Include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Returns must be approved before sending items back.
Please do not return items to the address listed on our website.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
